Inscape's newest recording, a fully transcribed chamber orchestra version of Igor Stravinsky's Petrushka (1911), is now available for pre-order through iTunes!
This transcription was commissioned by Inscape from composer David Plylar, and is a full reduction of the complete 1911 ballet for 17 players. It was recorded for Sono Luminus at their studio in Boyce, VA and will be released on August 28, 2015.
This is Inscape's fourth recording on the Sono Luminus label. Previous albums include Sprung Rhythm (2013) and American Aggregate (2014) and a digital release of Paul Hindemith's ballet, Hérodiade (2013).
