Inscape Chamber Orchestra returns to The Episcopal Church of the Redeemer where they have been the Ensemble-in-Residence since 2005. The program includes three lushly scored French masterworks showcasing their principal harpist Cara Fleck. Debussy’s Prelude to the Afternoon of a Faun opens a program that also includes Ravel’s Introduction and Allegro, a concerto for harp and ensemble. Colorful works by Villa-Lobos, Ligeti, and Schnittke round out this lively and diverse concert.
